Rule One Roar is a pre-workout powder formulated to support your training preparation, combining a blend of amino acids, electrolytes, B vitamins, and caffeine from natural sources. Designed for adults who train with purpose, each serving delivers a transparent, fully disclosed formula in a refreshing Peach Mango flavour — no hidden proprietary blends.

Each serving provides 2g of L-Citrulline, 500mg of L-Arginine, 1.2g of CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine, and 175mg of caffeine sourced from Green Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Extracts — equivalent to approximately two cups of strong coffee. The formula also includes a 350mg Electrolyte Blend — featuring Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Citrate, and Magnesium Oxide. Vitamins C, B6, and B12 complete the formula, contributing to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

One container of Rule One Roar provides 30 servings (315g / 11.11 oz). Simply mix one scoop with cold water and enjoy approximately 30–45 minutes before exercise. It is also compatible with other unflavoured powders such as BCAAs, glutamine, or pump formulas for a customisable pre-workout stack.

R1 Roar is best consumed approximately 30–45 minutes before exercise. Add one (1) scoop to 240–360 ml (8–12 oz) of cold water and stir or shake until well mixed. Do not exceed two (2) servings in any 24-hour period. Alternate Suggested Use: Unflavoured supplement powders such as R1 Pump, BCAAs, or glutamine may be easily added to the above mix. Total Caffeine Content: Each serving contains approximately 175 mg of caffeine, equivalent to approximately 2 cups of strong coffee.
