Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is a comprehensive pre-workout powder engineered for serious training sessions. The formula combines L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1) and an A-AKG complex (L-Arginine with Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate) with Beta-Alanine and L-Tyrosine. These are complemented by Caffeine Anhydrous, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Guarana Seed Extract and Sweet Orange Peel Extract. Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
