Carlson Labs Norwegian Salmon Oil Complete delivers a concentrated blend of omega-3, omega-6, omega-7 and omega-9 fatty acids sourced from premium Norwegian salmon, in a convenient softgel format. Each serving of two softgels provides 2.5 g of Norwegian salmon oil, supplying 700 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids — including 250 mg EPA and 230 mg DHA — along with a broad spectrum of complementary fatty acids naturally present in salmon.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, and EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA and 250 mg of EPA and DHA, respectively. This formula is further enhanced with natural vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol) and a touch of astaxanthin, a naturally occurring carotenoid found in salmon.
