Each serving provides 1000 mg of Vitamin C (as L-ascorbic acid) and 50 µg of Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol), supplying 1250% and 1000% of their respective Nutrient Reference Values.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones, and the maintenance of normal muscle function.

This product is intended for adults and is easy to incorporate into any routine — just one capsule taken with a meal each day.
