Conteh Sports Hydra Flow is a specialist hydration powder in a refreshing Cherry flavour. Each 5g serving delivers a carefully selected blend of Cocomineral®, Elderberry Fruit Extract 10:1, and a comprehensive vitamin complex, in a convenient and great-tasting powder.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) contributes to normal mental performance and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and contributes to the normal function of the heart.
