Conteh Sports Hydra Flow is a refreshing Summer Fruits-flavoured hydration powder designed to support your daily fluid and electrolyte intake. Each 5g serving delivers Cocomineral®, a premium coconut water extract, alongside a targeted blend of vitamins and minerals to complement an active lifestyle and help you stay on top of your hydration goals.

The formula features Vitamin C alongside Manganese. Manganese contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) contributes to normal mental performance. Pantothenic acid also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Thiamine (Vitamin B1) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Thiamine also contributes to the normal function of the heart.

With 60 servings per 300g tub and a recommended intake of 1–3 servings per day, Hydra Flow mixes easily into water for a convenient and pleasant-tasting hydration drink that fits seamlessly into your daily routine — whether at the gym, at work, or on the go.
