Naughty Boy Hydration is an electrolyte formula containing sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride, and selenium.

Alongside its electrolyte matrix, each scoop provides 1500 mg of Taurine, 1000 mg of Creatine Monohydrate, and the proprietary MitoReds® complex — a broad-spectrum blend of 30 whole fruit and vegetable extracts including beetroot, pomegranate, acai, tart cherry, and goji berry. The formula is sweetened naturally with Stevia and contains zero sugar and zero calories per serving.

Usage & Dosage

Take one scoop of NaughtyBoy® Hydration (8.5g) with 400ml of ice cold water and mix together. Vary the amount of liquid to suit your taste preference.
