Conteh Sports Hydra Flow is a refreshing Peach Ice Tea flavoured powder made with a carefully selected blend of electrolytes, botanical extracts and essential vitamins. Each 5g serving delivers Cocomineral®, a premium coconut-derived mineral complex, alongside Elderberry Fruit Extract 10:1.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels and cartilage. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Thiamine contributes to the normal function of the heart. Manganese contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
