Olimp Sport BCAA 4:1:1 Xplode is a branched-chain amino acid powder containing 4,500 mg of BCAAs per serving in the classic 4:1:1 ratio — 3,000 mg L-leucine, 750 mg L-valine and 750 mg L-isoleucine. It provides a convenient and easily mixable powder format.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1–2 portions a day – before a meal or training and after training or before sleep. Add 1 portion (5 g of powder = 1 scoop) to 250 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation.
