Conteh Sports Hydra Flow is a refreshing Orange Soda flavoured hydration powder. Each 5g serving blends CocoMineral® — a premium coconut water extract providing naturally occurring sodium and potassium — with a carefully selected combination of B vitamins, Vitamin C and Elderberry Fruit Extract, for a convenient and great-tasting flavoured powder to enjoy throughout the day.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal heart function. Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) contributes to normal mental performance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Manganese contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

With 60 servings per 300g tub, Hydra Flow is easy to fit into your daily routine — simply mix one scoop into water and enjoy the light, fizzy-inspired Orange Soda taste. Add 1 heaped scoop (5g) to a minimum of 500ml of water. Shake vigorously and consume. Take 1–3 servings throughout the day for optimal hydration.
