OstroVit VITA&MINERALS Sport is a comprehensive two-capsule daily supplement system designed specifically for active adults. The dual-capsule format separates the fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins (VIT-MULTI) from the essential minerals (MIN-MULTI), helping to optimise the stability and absorption of each nutrient group. The VIT-MULTI capsule combines high-potency vitamins — including Vitamin C, Vitamin D, B-complex vitamins and Vitamin E — with botanical extracts such as ashwagandha root, green tea leaf, nettle leaf and black pepper fruit extract standardised to 95% piperine. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, normal function of the immune system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal muscle function. Thiamine, riboflavin and niacin each contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6, vitamin B12, riboflavin, niacin and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The MIN-MULTI capsule provides key minerals including magnesium, calcium, zinc, selenium, iron, copper, chromium and manganese, alongside potassium and iodine sourced from Saccharina japonica (Japanese kelp) extract. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Together, these two capsules form a convenient, athlete-focused daily foundation.

Take 1 serving (1 capsule of VIT-MULTI and 1 capsule of MIN-MULTI) daily, after the main meal. The product is intended for adults. It is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the doctor or pharmacist before use.

ATTENTION! Due to the ingredients used in OstroVit MIN-MULTI 30 capsules (mainly selenium in the form of L-selenomethionine), the product has an irritating, unpleasant smell.
