Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.

• 1–5 years of age: use 1 spray a day.
• 6–12 years of age: use 2 sprays a day, taken together or separately.
• 11–14 years of age: use 3 sprays a day, taken together or separately.
• 15–17 years of age: use 4 sprays a day, taken together or separately.
• 18+ years of age: use 5 sprays a day, taken together or separately.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Contains xylitol – excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
