Take 2 packs per day for 3 straight weeks: 1 pack upon waking and 1 pack 4–6 hours later. Each serving should be taken on an empty stomach just prior to a meal. Stay well hydrated while on the product. Follow a 3 weeks on, 1 week off cycle. After the week off, you can run it again. To remove stimulants, remove the red capsule from each pack.

Not for use by those under the age of 18. Contains caffeine. Do not use in combination with other caffeinated products. Side effects may include nervousness, irritability, headache, sleeplessness, gastro-intestinal symptoms and, occasionally, rapid heartbeat. Consult a physician before using this product especially if you have, or have a family history of, heart disease, thyroid disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurrent headaches, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostate enlargement, or seizure disorder, or if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), anti-depressants, or any other medication, dietary supplement, prescription drug or over-the-counter drug. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a healthcare practitioner. Rare liver injury has been reported with green tea extract-containing products. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Use of this product may cause skin to be extra sensitive to UV sources such as artificial or natural sunlight. Avoid excessive exposure from these sources. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery.
