Applied Nutrition Endurance Hydration Electrolyte Effervescent Tablets are a convenient and refreshing tablet, combining key electrolytes and vitamin C in a Vimto®-flavoured formula. Each tablet dissolves easily in water to create a light, great-tasting drink, ideal before, during or after physical activity.

Each serving provides a blend of key electrolytes — sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium — alongside vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, while potassium contributes to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Supplied as six tubes of 20 tablets (120 tablets total), this multipack is ideal for active individuals who want a practical, portable hydration solution. Simply drop one tablet into 200 ml of water and enjoy — with no added sugars and no common allergens in the formula.

Add one tablet (4g) to 200ml of water and let it dissolve. Once prepared, consume within 24 hours. Maximum 4 tablets per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect. This product is not suitable for anyone under 16. Keep out of reach of children. Best before end: see base of tube.
