Daily amount: approximately half a teaspoon (1 g) up to 2 teaspoons (4 g). For best results, divide the daily amount into 2 or 3 portions per day, taken with or without food. FOR FASTEST PREPARATION: Place powder in a glass or mug; add approx. 2–3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also simply add Natural Vitality CALM® to a glass or bottle of cold water.
