OstroVit Pump Extreme Pre-workout is a powder formula containing a precisely dosed blend of amino acids, plant extracts and micronutrients — including citrulline malate, L-arginine, beta-alanine, taurine and beetroot extract — intended for adults with an active lifestyle as part of their pre-workout routine.

The formula also contains anhydrous caffeine (200 mg per serving), grape seed extract standardised to 95% proanthocyanidins, and black pepper fruit extract standardised to 95% piperine. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, and magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue — all at 100% or 15% of the Reference Intake respectively.

Dissolve a single serving of 10 g (1.5 scoops) in 200–250 ml of water in a shaker. Take one serving 30 minutes before training. The product is intended for adults with increased physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
