Available in a Watermelon Mojito flavour, each convenient stick pack delivers a meaningful dose of sodium alongside potassium, magnesium, and taurine. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, and magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

Each serving contains 1000 mg of sodium from Sodium Chloride and Sodium Citrate, making Replenish particularly well-suited to athletes and active individuals who lose significant amounts of electrolytes through sweat. The formula is sweetened with Fermented Cane Sugar (Reb-M) and is free from artificial flavours and dyes, keeping the ingredient profile clean and straightforward.

Add 1 stick pack to 12–16 fl oz of water and shake. Consume up to 1 stick pack for each litre of sweat lost per hour. For high-intensity or long workouts: mix 1–2 servings with 20–30 oz of water. For low-intensity workouts: use 1 serving with 20–30 oz of water. For rehydration after training: drink 1 serving with 20 oz of water.
