Take 1–3 capsules daily depending on body weight. For body weight up to 90 kg: 2 capsules – one 30 minutes before breakfast and one before training. For body weight above 90 kg: 3 capsules – one before breakfast, one before lunch, and one before training. Each time wash down with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

High caffeine content (300 mg per 3 capsules; 100 mg per 1 capsule). Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with heart diseases, hypertension, or in case of hypersensitivity to any of the constituents of the preparation. Do not use before bedtime or within a few hours of going to sleep. Do not exceed 400 mg caffeine daily from all sources. Keep out of reach of children.
