Conteh Sports' The Stim Pre-Workout is a pre-workout powder designed for experienced athletes. Each 9.5g serving delivers a precisely measured blend of active ingredients, including 3200mg Beta-Alanine, 1500mg L-Tyrosine, and a total of approximately 350mg caffeine from a dual-source combination of Caffeine Anhydrous and Di-Caffeine Malate (Infinergy®). The Strawberry Bubblegum flavour makes it a refreshing pre-session drink mixed with cold water.

The formula features VitaCholine® Choline Bitartrate alongside a B-vitamin complex including Niacin (Vitamin B3), Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (Vitamin B6), and Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12). Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Each tub contains 30 servings of 9.5g powder, making it a convenient and consistent choice to support your training preparation. Mix one scoop with cold water and consume 20–30 minutes before your workout for best results.

Add 1 level scoop (9.5g) to 200–300ml cold water, shake vigorously for 30 seconds and consume 20–30 minutes before your workout. Contains 300mg of Caffeine per serving. Scoops are estimate only; weighing scales are recommended.
