The B vitamins in this formula contribute to a range of functions recognised by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
