Each shot combines L-Carnitine with Taurine, Caffeine, and Green Tea Extract, alongside a B-vitamin complex including Vitamin B1, Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), and Vitamin B6, as well as Chromium — all in a refreshing pineapple flavour.

Thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal psychological function. Usage & Dosage

Recommended dosage: maximum 1 monodose (60 ml) per day. Drink 30 minutes before physical performance.
