Usage & Dosage

Take 1 serving (4.1 g = 1½ scoops) daily. On training days: consume before or after training; on non-training days: at any time. Dissolve the serving in 150–200 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Recommended to use for 2–3 months, then take a 1–2 month break.
