Ostrovit BCAA Instant in Cola flavour delivers a high-concentration blend of branched-chain amino acids — L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine — in the proven 2:1:1 ratio, providing approximately 8,807 mg of BCAAs per serving. Formulated as an instantly dissolving powder, it mixes easily into water or juice for convenient consumption around your training sessions or first thing in the morning on rest days.

Each 10 g serving supplies over 4,267 mg of L-leucine alongside 2,270 mg each of L-valine and L-isoleucine, making it a straightforward, no-filler amino acid powder. The refreshing Cola flavour is achieved with sucralose and acesulfame K, keeping the formula free from added sugars.

Please note that due to the naturally high concentration of L-leucine and L-isoleucine, the product carries a characteristic bitter aftertaste — an inherent property of these amino acid raw materials and a sign of their purity and potency.

Dissolve a single serving of the product — 10 g (1.5 scoops) — in 100–150 ml of water or juice. On training days, consume one serving per day before or after training. On non-workout days, consume one portion after waking up.
