Methyl Folate delivers 1,000 mcg of (6S)-5-MTHF per tablet — the biologically active form of folate — sourced from Quatrefolic®, a premium patented ingredient providing (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt.

Folate contributes to normal psychological function. Each tablet provides 1,700 mcg DFE (Dietary Folate Equivalents), supplying 425% of the Daily Value per serving.

Formulated with a clean, minimal excipient list and verified free from common allergens, this product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. With 90 tablets per pack, it delivers a full three-month supply at one tablet per day.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
