Nordic Naturals Prenatal DHA is a specially formulated omega-3 and vitamin D3 supplement designed to support the nutritional needs of pregnant and breastfeeding women. Each serving delivers 830 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids, including 480 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) and 205 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid), sourced from purified deep sea anchovies and sardines. The addition of 400 IU (10 mcg) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol complements the omega-3 profile in a single, convenient softgel.
