Rule One Roar in Blue Razz is a comprehensive pre-workout powder formulated to support your training sessions with a carefully selected combination of active ingredients. Each 10 g serving delivers a multi-layered blend of amino acids, electrolytes, B vitamins and caffeine from natural sources, designed to complement an active lifestyle and intense exercise routine.

The formula contains L-Citrulline, CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine, Creatine Monohydrate, Taurine, L-Arginine and an Electrolyte Blend. Vitamins C, B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while also supporting normal functioning of the nervous system — all authorised EU health claims.

Each serving provides 175 mg of caffeine from Green Coffee Bean Extract and Tea Leaf Extract. Roar Blue Razz is intended for adults. Each tub provides approximately 30 servings and mixes easily with cold water for a refreshing Blue Razz flavour experience.

Add one (1) scoop (~10 g) to 8–12 oz of cold water and stir or shake until well mixed. Best consumed about 30–45 minutes before exercise. Do not exceed two (2) servings in a 24-hour period. Alternate use: unflavored supplement powders (e.g. R1 Pump, BCAAs, or glutamine) may be added to the above mix.
