Dorian Yates HIT BCAA 10:1:1 is an amino acid powder. Each 20 g serving delivers 12,000 mg of BCAAs in a 10:1:1 ratio — with 10,000 mg of L-Leucine alongside 1,000 mg each of L-Isoleucine and L-Valine.

The formula also contains 3,000 mg of Citrulline Malate (yielding 2,049 mg of L-Citrulline), 2,000 mg of Beta-Alanine, and 1,000 mg of L-Tyrosine. The powder mixes easily in water and comes in a refreshing Orange flavour.

Mix 1 scoop of powder (20 g) with 500–600 ml of water. Drink 1 serving daily, before workout or during workout.
