About Conteh Sports – Hydra Flow, Citrus Burst – 300g

Conteh Sports Hydra Flow is a premium powder made with a carefully selected blend of electrolytes, botanical extracts and essential vitamins. Each refreshing Citrus Burst serving delivers 3000mg of Cocomineral® — a coconut-derived mineral complex — alongside Elderberry Fruit Extract 10:1.

Hydra Flow provides vitamin C and vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid). The addition of Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal function of the heart, while Manganese contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

With 60 servings per 300g tub, Hydra Flow mixes easily into water for a light, refreshing citrus-flavoured drink. It is suitable for vegans, vegetarians and those following gluten-free or lactose-free lifestyles.

Usage & Dosage

Add 1 heaped scoop (5g) to a minimum of 500ml water, shake vigorously and consume. Use 1–3 servings throughout the day for optimal hydration.
