Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (7g) or 2 scoops (14g) with 200–250ml of water or your preferred beverage. Start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance due to its high stimulant content. Consume before exercise on training days. Do not exceed 2 scoops (14g) within a 24-hour period. Do not consume within 4–6 hours of bedtime.
