Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout in refreshing Grapefruit flavour is a comprehensive pre-training powder formula designed to support your preparation for intense physical activity. Each 17 g serving delivers a precisely stacked combination of amino acids, creatine forms, caffeine and B-vitamins, making it a versatile choice for athletes who want a single, well-rounded supplement before training.

The formula features L-Arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate, L-Citrulline malate, beta-alanine and two forms of creatine (monohydrate and citrate), complemented by L-Tyrosine and a concentrated dose of Vitamin C contributing to 781% of the Nutrient Reference Value per serving. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and Thiamine (Vitamin B1) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Black pepper extract (Bioperine®, 95% piperine) rounds out the formula.

With 15 servings per tub (at the full 17 g dose), N1 Pre-Workout offers a flexible dosing approach: beginners or those sensitive to stimulants can start at the half-dose of 8.5 g and progress as needed. Start with 8.5 g dissolved in approximately 150 ml of water. If needed, increase to 17 g dissolved in approximately 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
