Usage & Dosage
Mix one (1) scoop with 8–12 oz of cold water. Consume 30–45 minutes before workouts. DO NOT exceed two (2) servings in a 24-hour period. Alternate Suggested Use: Unflavored supplement powders like R1 Pump, BCAAs, or glutamine may be easily added to the above mix.
