Formulated with 89% micellar casein as its primary protein source, this powder is further enriched with LactoSpore® (Bacillus Coagulans) and the DigeZyme® multi-enzyme complex — featuring amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase and lipase — to support comfortable digestion. With just 1.1g of carbohydrates and 0.57g of fat per serving, it fits neatly into a wide range of dietary approaches.

Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500ml of water or milk into an Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid used, the thicker the shake will be). Shake well and consume.
