Ostrovit A-AKG is a lemon-flavoured powder supplement delivering 4,400 mg of L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (A-AKG) per serving — equivalent to 2,900 mg of L-Arginine.

Each 5 g serving dissolves easily in water or juice, providing a refreshing lemon taste without the need for tablets or capsules. The formula is sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K, keeping the calorie contribution minimal while maintaining a pleasant flavour profile.

Dissolve a single serving of the product — 5 g (1 scoop) — in 100–150 ml of water or juice in a shaker. Take 1 serving 30 minutes before training.
