Each sachet combines Citrulline Malate, Creatine Monohydrate, Beta-Alanine, Caffeine, and Taurine, alongside Vitamin B3 and Vitamin B12. Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Niacin also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

The ABE Gel is ideal for use before training sessions when you want a compact, portable alternative to traditional pre-workout drinks. Usage & Dosage
