NOW Foods ADAM Men's Multiple Vitamin is a comprehensive daily multivitamin tablet formulated specifically with men's nutritional needs in mind. Each tablet delivers a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals — including Vitamins A, C, D, E, K and the full B-complex — alongside botanicals and specialty compounds such as Saw Palmetto, Lycopene, CoQ10, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Lutein.

The formula features premium, highly bioavailable forms of key nutrients: Zinc and Copper delivered as TRAACS® bisglycinate chelates, Vitamin B-12 as Methylcobalamin, Selenium as L-Selenomethionine, and Vitamin B-6 including the active Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P-5-P) form. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
