Cellucor C4 Ripped is a pre-workout powder designed for active adults. Formulated in a refreshing Raspberry Lemonade flavour, each 6.4g serving delivers a blend of CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine, L-Citrulline, the proprietary C4 Ripped Blend, and 150mg of Caffeine Anhydrous — making it a convenient addition to your pre-training routine.

The formula features CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine, a patented form of beta-alanine, alongside L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, Green Coffee Bean Extract (Coffea robusta), Capsimax® Cayenne Fruit Extract, and Panax Ginseng Root Extract. The inclusion of B vitamins — Niacin (B3), Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, and Folic Acid (B9) — supports normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, in line with authorised EU health claims.

C4 Ripped comes in a 192g tub providing 30 servings and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. With zero sugar and approximately 5 kcal per serving, it fits easily into a variety of dietary approaches. Simply mix one level scoop with water and take it 20–30 minutes before your workout.

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop, 6.4g) of C4 Ripped mixed with 175–250ml of water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
