Take 3–5g daily to maintain muscle creatine saturation. Mix each 1g of creatine with at least 100ml liquid. Consume immediately after mixing. Take daily, even on rest days, to keep your stores topped up.

Loading Phase: Take 5g (approximately one level 5ml measure) and mix with 500ml of water, fruit juice or meal replacement 4 times a day at regular intervals for 5 days.
