Applied Nutrition's Endurance Sprint Isotonic Energy Gel + Caffeine in Cola flavour is a fast-acting, easy-to-consume gel designed to support both endurance and high-intensity exercise. Each 60g sachet delivers 23g of carbohydrates from maltodextrin alongside 75mg of caffeine. The isotonic formula means no water is required for consumption, allowing for convenient, on-the-go use.

The gel is enriched with a comprehensive B-vitamin complex — including Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12. Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Electrolytes including sodium, chloride and magnesium are also present to support hydration balance during physical activity.
