Mix 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) with 12–16 fl oz of cold water or beverage of choice 20–30 minutes before training. Advanced users can mix 1 serving (2 tbsp) with 24–32 fl oz of cold water or beverage of choice. DO NOT EXCEED (1) SERVING (2 TBSP) WITHIN A 24-HOUR PERIOD.
