Allnutrition Flex All Complete is a powder formula delivering 10,000 mg of hydrolysed beef collagen per serving, complemented by L-Proline, glucosamine sulphate, and MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), together with Vitamin C, Magnesium and Vitamin B6.
