As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 8 oz (240 ml) of water roughly 30 minutes before a workout. You can also use Full AF on off days by taking one serving in the morning on an empty stomach. Moderate Pump: Mix 1 scoop with 8–10 oz of water. Full AF Pump: Mix 2 scoops with 12–16 oz of water.
