NOW Foods Gluten Digest is a specialised enzyme supplement. Each vegetarian capsule contains the BioCore® DPP IV enzyme blend, which combines multiple protease activities — including DPP-IV activity — with amylase and glucoamylase.

The BioCore® DPP IV blend features a combination of enzymes sourced from Aspergillus oryzae , Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus melleus .
