Dorian Yates HIT BCAA 10:1:1 is a precisely formulated amino acid powder. Each 20g serving delivers 12,000 mg of branched-chain amino acids in a 10:1:1 ratio, with a dominant 10,000 mg dose of L-Leucine, complemented by L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. The formula also contains L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-Alanine, and L-Tyrosine.

HIT BCAA 10:1:1 mixes easily with water and comes in a refreshing Strawberry flavour.

Each container provides 20 full servings, delivering a straightforward and consistent dosing experience in line with Dorian Yates' High Intensity Training philosophy.

Mix 1 scoop (20g) with 500–600 ml of water. Drink 1 serving daily, before or during workout.
