Osavi MethylFolate & Methyl-B12 delivers three essential B-vitamins in their most bioavailable, active forms: pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (the active form of Vitamin B6), Quatrefolic® (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid — a next-generation, highly soluble folate — and Methylcobalamin, the active coenzyme form of Vitamin B12. By using these ready-to-use forms, the supplement bypasses the conversion steps required by standard synthetic forms, supporting efficient uptake.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function, and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Folic acid contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function, and to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and to normal red blood cell formation.
Each vegan capsule provides 400 µg of folic acid (200% NRV), 100 µg of Vitamin B12 (4000% NRV) and 2.80 mg of Vitamin B6 (200% NRV), in a clean, minimal formula free from gluten, soy, lactose, sugar, and GMOs. With 120 capsules per pack, a single pack provides a full four-month supply at one capsule per day.
