Omega 3-6-9 delivers a carefully balanced blend of essential and beneficial fatty acids from five premium cold-pressed plant oils — flaxseed, evening primrose, canola, black currant and pumpkin seed. Each two-softgel serving provides 1,000 mg of these complementary oils, offering a convenient way to incorporate a broad spectrum of Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids into your daily nutrition.

The five plant oils in this formula are cold-pressed. Approximately 45% of the fatty acid content per serving comes from Omega-3 (Alpha Linolenic Acid, ALA), 26.5% from Omega-6 (Linoleic Acid and Gamma Linolenic Acid, GLA), and 17.5% from Omega-9 (Oleic Acid), reflecting the complementary nature of these three fatty acid families.

With 100 softgels per pack (50 servings), this product is designed for straightforward daily use. The softgels are made with bovine gelatin and are suitable for those avoiding gluten and lactose.
