Ostrovit Omega 3 + ADEK combines high-quality fish oil with a complete fat-soluble vitamin complex — Vitamins A, D, E and K — in a single convenient softgel capsule. Each capsule delivers 1000 mg of fish oil, providing 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA, alongside meaningful daily doses of all four fat-soluble vitamins in their well-absorbed forms.

DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal immune system function. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

Ostrovit Omega 3 + ADEK is designed for adults, combining omega-3 fatty acids with fat-soluble vitamins in a single softgel taken once per day.

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Drink with plenty of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Recommended are balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not ingest if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product is intended for adults. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women, nursing women, people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Keep out of the reach of children. It is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the doctor or pharmacist before use.
