Performance Fuel by Trained by JP is a carbohydrate powder built around Cyclic Dextrin — a highly soluble carbohydrate source — designed to mix smoothly.

Each serving also contains Magnesium and Calcium sourced from Aquamin — a marine algae mineral complex.

Available in a refreshing Berry Burst flavour, Performance Fuel comes in a generous 1000g tub providing 40 servings. It is free from artificial colours — using beetroot red as a natural colouring — and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Mix 1 scoop (25g) with 750ml water or 2 scoops (50g) with 1 litre water and sip across a training session. Depending on your carbohydrate requirements, mix 1–2 servings (25g–50g) with cold water to your preferred dilution and consume throughout your workout.
