Nutrend Pump Pre-Workout is a powder formula in a refreshing Bubble Gum flavour, delivering 15 servings per 225 g tub. Each 15 g serving combines a stack of amino acids, botanical extracts and B vitamins.

At the heart of each serving is 5000 mg of L-citrulline malate and 3000 mg of beta-alanine, alongside 1950 mg of glycerol monostearate and 1000 mg of L-tyrosine. The formula is further enriched with taurine, choline L-bitartrate, and standardised botanical extracts including KSM-66® Ashwagandha ( Withania somnifera , 5% withanolides) and Bacopa monnieri , rounding out a multi-dimensional pre-workout matrix.

The formula contains nicotinamide (B3) and calcium D-pantothenate (B5) at 200% NRV, thiamine (B1) at 200% NRV, and cyanocobalamin (B12) at 100% NRV. Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The formula also contains black pepper extract (Bioperine®, 95% piperine).

Mix a dose of 15 g (1/2 scoop) with 250 ml of water. Drink approximately 30 minutes before strength-character physical activity. During endurance activities, it is necessary to supplement this product with carbohydrates and increased liquid intake (e.g. ISODRINX). Maximum daily dose is 15 g.

The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Undissolved particles may appear during preparation, which should not be deemed a fault. The tingling sensation is a common reaction.

Once opened, keep at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and consume within 3 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
