Each serving delivers 250 mg of Saccharomyces boulardii — a well-researched strain of S. cerevisiae — providing a minimum of 5 billion viable cells at the time of consumption, supported under recommended storage conditions and within the Best Used Before date.

Alongside S. boulardii, each capsule provides 200 mg of MOS Yeast Fraction, standardised to a minimum of 35% manno-oligosaccharides (MOS) derived from S. cerevisiae.
