Skill Nutrition's Pre-Workout in Blue Raspberry is a powder formula designed for adults with increased physical activity. Each 16 g serving (3 scoops) contains Citrulline Malate, Creatine Monohydrate and Beta-Alanine, alongside a dual-source caffeine system that combines caffeine anhydrous with Xtenergy® sustained-release caffeine for a total of 300 mg per serving.

The formula also contains L-Tyrosine, Taurine, VitaCholine™ (choline bitartrate) and L-Theanine (TheaGreen™). Korean ginseng root extract and AstraGin® — an extract from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus — complete the ingredient profile. Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Presented in a refreshing Blue Raspberry flavour, this 400 g tub provides 25 servings. It is suitable for both vegans and vegetarians and is sweetened with sucralose and steviol glycosides from Stevia, making it free from sugar-based sweeteners.
